In 2014 Matthew and his team refurbished the Lan Hong House buffet-style Chinese restaurant in Cambridge. His team fitted a range of humidity and damp control measures and W.C. facilities. During the project, Matthew liaised with the Local Authority to assist the customer with Environmental Health inspections and leasing issues.
