Matthew designed and built these two beautiful 5-bedroom houses from scratch in 2001-2. By that time he had been contracting for 10 years and wanted to move into developing. They were speculative builds and were bought off plan once the foundations were down. The buyers moved 9 months later – bang on schedule.
