Matthew uses his construction company as a ‘Training Conveyor’ to enable people to develop their skills within the construction industry. In conjunction with Cambridge Regional College and the Construction Industry Training Board we provide training and apprenticeships through the City and Guilds and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ1, 2 and 3).
Matthew also takes work experience students from several local schools.
